A Brief History Of Us

Our humble beginnings started back in 1964 when Ow Construction was formed and engaged in civil engineering and building construction works.

Throughout the years, we have completed a myriad of government and private contracts thanks to our hard work and dedication coupled with expertise in the construction field. Our vast amount of years and experience in the property field has been one of the key pillars of us venturing into becoming a property developer.

Ow Construction Sdn Bhd was founded

Started as a contractor involved in civil engineering and construction works.

1982

Kubang Buaya Maju, Kuantan

Ventured into large contract works for both Lembaga Kemajuan Negeri Pahang (LKNP) state government projects, building shophouses and houses.

1984

Kampung Mat Kilau, Jerantut

Completed government housing schemes as main contractor.

1991

Pulau Tioman, Pahang

Completion of bungalow, deluxe and standard double storey chalets, restaurants, sports complex for Berjaya Corporation Berhad as main contractor.

1992

Pulau Tioman, Pahang

Completion of marine park and shore revetment as main contractor.

1998

Bukit Tinggi, Pahang

Completion of VIP Japanese Suite at Bukit Tinggi Resort Berjaya.

2000

Taman Haji Ahmad, Kuantan

Launched our first foray of property development at Taman Haji Ahmad, Kuantan, Pahang.

2006

Jalan Teluk Sisik, Kuantan

Completion of housing development.

Completion of landed housing development.
